Approval of branch cash receipts
Research, solve & receipt payments to correct receivables
Responding to credit card disputes and charge backs
Answering branch accounts receivable questions
Work accounts receivable lists, including outstanding credits
Intercompany collections
General filing and processing
Review branch Journal Entries and post entries
Must also have strong time-management/organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Candidates should be comfortable working independently and in a team environment.

Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must have Intermediate to Advanced Level of Proficiency with Excel
