CFS is working with an award-winning, long-established construction company in Tualatin, seeking an AP Specialist.
The AP Specialist works within a close-knit accounting team and office.
Along with the hourly wage, this role is eligible for an annual bonus and profit sharing.

Overview of the AP Specialist role:
Receives, reviews, enters, and posts vendor invoices.
Routinely follow up by phone, fax, and email with vendors, and internal parties to gather missing documentation.
Routinely reconciles credit card and large-volume vendor charges.
Preferred Qualifications for the AP Specialist:
Relevant accounting experience Customer service oriented Good Planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work Proficient with Microsoft Excel Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with vendors and internal contacts Timing is everything.
